We’ve made it to the finals! We have been nominated for our grilled sandwich ‘Chicken in the basket’.
Every year Lunchroom.nl runs a competition for the Best Lunchroom Sandwich of the Netherlands. Lunchrooms can send in their best sandwiches, after which an independent jury tests each and every submission.
Our ‘Chicken in the basket’ sandwich was chosen as one of the top 5 finalists! This grilled sandwich is spread with pesto, topped with grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion rings, mozarella di buffala and homemade guacamole.
In the upcoming weeks all finalists will be visited by a ‘mystery jury’ that will judge the nominated sandwiches. The winner will be announced on November 10.
